This is the most effective and easy WW program ever. I have been using it since 2008 - tried the new "improved" program but returned to Mp5.
Have been using MP5 since 2002 when the need was arisen. Brilliant product. Tragic that there are no updates to food list etc. Pity it only works on Windows.
I use it too and think it is brilliant. Since I live abroad I never use the pre-installed food list but add my own along the way.WW has changed their program totally but it is not nearly as efficient as MP5.
