Have been using MP5 since 2002 when the need was arisen. Brilliant product. Tragic that there are no updates to food list etc. Pity it only works on Windows.

I have been using it since 2008 - tried the new "improved" program but returned to Mp5.
Since I live abroad I never use the pre-installed food list but add my own along the way.
WW has changed their program totally but it is not nearly as efficient as MP5.
